The true number of COVID-19 cases across the world is around six times higher than reported figures. Australian analysts looked at the data from 15 countries, including the US and Australia, where their modelling showed that even here, the real number could be five times higher than official figures.
Based on their research, over 330 million people, not 56 million have been infected with coronavirus to date worldwide.
South Australia has reported no new cases in the past 24 hours so perhaps they have got on top of this outbreak already, which would be just wonderful. There are 23 cases in the cluster to date.
Victoria has now had 20 days without a new case. There are still three active cases in our state and two people remain in hospital.
