Neil headed off to Adelaide yesterday for about two weeks. Finally he will catch up with his mother and his siblings. He’s driving there and back as he needs the car while there. He’ll be back home the weekend before Christmas.
Now that international flights have resumed into Melbourne, we will probably see new cases added to our state tally, but with good management, we should be able to keep those infected away from the rest of the community. My toes and fingers are crossed. Flights have also resumed into Adelaide so I hope there is no breach of quarantine here, or there. If they shut the border again, Neil might not get home for Christmas.
