World 64.1 million US 14 million Poland 1 million
The US has now recorded over 14 million cases of COVID and 275,000 people there have tragically died. Florida is the third US state to reach one million cases after Texas and California. Poland makes it 13 countries to reach one million infections.
It’s difficult to imagine how bad things are in so many places across the globe. While many locations are reporting thousands of daily infections, here we are reporting just individual cases. Yesterday a woman in Victoria recorded a weak positive test, but a second test was negative. She is now in isolation as a precaution.
We are exceptionally fortunate here in Australia.
