South Australian authorities are urging people to be tested even without symptoms after a man who was infected broke quarantine and visited a number of shops and businesses a week ago. Four locations are said to be high risk. No further cases were recorded there yesterday.
Here in Victoria, a woman in her 70s has passed away from COVID. The woman was infected back in July but never fully recovered. She was not infectious, so she was not listed as an active case, but there are often long term issues with this disease. It’s a reminder how serious coronavirus can be. There are no new infections in Victoria.
