Guatemala now has over 100,000 cases of COVID, taking the number of countries to reach than number to 45. 13 countries have now recorded more than half a million cases. Several of these will soon reach one million infections. The rate of infection is now increasing worldwide by more than two million cases every week.
Meanwhile, here in Melbourne everyone is feeling optimistic and anticipating the Premier’s announcement on Sunday about which restrictions will be lifted. I am feeling confident that golf will be back on next week.
