This afternoon Premier Daniel Andrews announced there were another 12 fatalities and 671 more cases of COVID-19 recorded in Victoria in the past 24 hours. Around 18,000 tests were done, so this is back up to 3.7 per cent positive tests which is not good. Daniel Andrews announced a state of disaster from midnight tonight for metro Melbourne. Melbourne is moving to Stage Four restrictions. Curfews will be in force from 8pm til 5am, you can only shop 5 kilometres from home, and then only one person per household. You can only go out to exercise for one hour per day and then not further than 5 kilometres from home. Home schooling is now back on for all students.. These measures will be enforced for the next six weeks. Regional Victoria will go to Stage three from Wednesday.
